12 Arrested During 49ers' First Levi's Stadium Game

Mostly public intoxication, though one was suspected of domestic violence.

Twelve people celebrated the opening of the San Francisco 49ers' new home at Levi's Stadium by becoming the first people arrested at the Niners' brand-new stadium, according to reports.

The Niners' debut at Levi's Stadium, their $1.3 billion partially-taxpayer-funded new home in Santa Clara and the newest stadium in the NFL, saw the team lose 34-0 to the visiting Denver Broncos.

At least ten people were busted for public drunkenness, the San Jose Mercury News reported.

One person was arrested for suspicion of domestic violence, however, and another allegedly threatened a cop.

About 70,000 people attended the game.
