That is the dilemma facing his wife Barbara every year when she tries to figure out what to give the legendary San Francisco 49ers' quarterback for his birthday.
So this year, Barbara Young got creative.

Over the weekend, Barbara took Steve to the Stanford Mall in Palo Alto where a flash mob was waiting to perform a dance number before singing "Happy Birthday" for the quarterback's 50th birthday.
Young took in the scene with two of his children in his arms. TMZ, who got a copy of the scene seen in the video below, reported that Young was holding back tears as he watched.
Young's birthday is on Oct. 11. Happy early birthday Steve.
