16-Year-Old Rescued From Pacifica Coast

Boy was stuck on rocks about 30 feet from water.

    At 4:49 p.m. Sunday afternoon, rescue units responded to a report of a boy suck in the rocks in the area of Rockaway Beach, a press release said.

    At 4:49 p.m. Sunday afternoon, rescue units responded to a report of a boy suck in the rocks in the area of Rockaway Beach, a press release said.

    The 16--year-old male was on the rocks approximately 30 feet from the water. Firefighter paramedics were able to get to the victim, while fire personnel, and CHP lowered a paramedic down from a helicopter rescue unit. 

    The boy was taken to a nearby ambulance for evaluation.
