The Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting in Bay Point late Monday that left two injured, a sheriff's spokesman said.
Deputies responded to a report of a shooting in the 100 block of Bailey Road south of Willow Pass Road shortly before 8 p.m., sheriff's spokesman Jimmy Lee said.
Two females were transported to a hospital and are expected to survive, sheriff's officials said.
No further details were immediately available late Monday.
