2.5 Earthquake Rattles Millbrae

An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 2.5 was recorded Sunday near Millbrae, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The earthquake struck at 8:47 p.m. and had a depth of 6.2 kilometers, the USGS said.

The epicenter was located three miles west-southwest of Millbrae.
