A lottery player who bought a MEGA Millions ticket this week in Greenbrae is $274,356 richer after matching five of six numbers in Friday night's draw, state lotto officials said today.

The ticket was sold at a Chevron gas station at 301 Sir Francis Drake Blvd. One other ticket matching five of six numbers was sold at a Quik top at 339 Williams Road in Salinas, lotto officials said.

Both tickets matched the numbers 33, 26, 14, 35 and 23 and were missing only the MEGA number 40.

Because no ticket hit Friday's jackpot, Tuesday's MEGA Millions pot will be $76 million.

Winners have 180 days from the date of the draw to claim their prizes.
