3-Alarm Fire Engulfs Building in San Francisco

A three-alarm fire was reported in San Francisco at Mission and 22nd streets just after 11:30 p.m. on Sunday - the second time a fire ripped through the same building.

Crowds were gathered on the street as firefighters battled the flames with water hoses.

The fire appeared to reach the third floor of the building.

The building has been vacant since January 2015, when faulty electrical wiring caused a blaze there.
