The San Francisco 49ers don't know when they will host a playoff game yet or against who, but the team is selling tickets.

The NFC West division champions will host a home playoff game at Candlestick Park on either the weekend of Jan. 7 or the weekend of Jan. 14.

The game could be on either Saturday or Sunday on those weekends and it will not be determined until both the 49ers and the New Orleans Saints finish their season finales this weekend.

Both teams are fighting for the No. 2 seed in the NFC, which would give the winner a bye and a home game on the Jan. 14 weekend.

Despite the teams having an identical record, the 49ers own the edge based on conference record.

The team is selling an "all-in-one Premium Playoff Ticket Package,"  which gives fans a ticket to the game and the FedEx 49ers Alumni pre-game tailgate party in the Grand Plaza.

The tickets will go on sale Jan. 3. To purchase them, or for more information, visit 49ers.com.
