Amber Alert for One-Year-Old Girl Canceled

The Pleasanton Police Department received a call about the silver Yukon, with license plate No. 5GMW656, at 4:33 p.m., the dispatcher said. The unoccupied vehicle was located next to the Stoneridge Mall near the JCPenny Home Store.

UPDATE: At approximately 7:21 p.m. Monday, the victim was safely located, however the suspect has yet to be located.

The Pleasanton Police Department received a call about the silver Yukon, with license plate No. 5GMW656, at 4:33 p.m., the dispatcher said. The unoccupied vehicle was located next to the Stoneridge Mall near the JCPenny Home Store.

An Amber Alert has been issued for girl.

The alleged driver of the vehicle, Johnathon Martinez, 30, is believed to have taken Jacqueline Martinez from her home at 9:33 p.m. Sunday.

Martinez, who is Hispanic, is about 6 feet tall. He weighs 170 pounds and was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans, and an A's baseball cap. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Jacqueline Martinez was last seen wearing yellow and green polka dot pajamas. She weighs 23 pounds and is 2 feet tall. She has black hair and brown eyes.
