America's Cup Dry Runs Coming to the Bay

If you can't wait until 2013 to multi-million dollar boats racing across the bay, you may not have to wait that long.

America's Cup is still a few years away but Oracle Racing is planning to have some practice runs starting in June to become familiar with the venue.

The team lead by Oracle CEO Larry Ellison will most likely have his team hit the waters the second week of June.

The one downside of the practice runs is that race fans won't get to see the actual boats used in the America's Cup.

Instead Oracle Racing plans on using 45-foot replicas of the 72-foot-long boats that will be used in the race.
