Another Victim Comes Forward in Case of Palo Alto Flasher

It appears there is another victim in the case of the Palo Alto flasher.

After seeing a news report of the indecent exposure incidents, a couple came forward and said something similar happened to their daughter.

The 13-year-old was walking her dog east of Palo Alto High School in August when she saw a man touching himself in a car and looking at her. She kept walking, and he showed up again doing the same thing.

A man exposed himself to a 10-year-old and 14-year-old girl in separate incidents earlier this month.

The suspect description is similar for all three of those cases.

However, there is a different sketch of a man who exposed himself to a woman riding her bike earlier this month.

Police think there might be two different flashers.
