Anthony Bourdain's San Francisco Show to Air Next Week

Popular chef's travel show to air next Monday.

The man who infamously loves to hate on San Francisco will premiere the San Francisco episode of his new show next week.

Anthony Bourdain filmed an episode of "The Layover" in San Francisco months ago but it is finally set to air next Monday on The Travel Channel.

"Tony Bourdain finds himself in San Francisco, a city known by vegan and vegetarian lovers alike. He discovers that San Francisco is actually a 'bare-knuckled, 2-fisted drinking town,' where you can get a great meal of raw juicy meat for under $20," The Travel Channel writes about the episode.

In the show, Bourdain is given 48 hours to travel around the City and give tips on where he might eat and drink on a quick layover trip.

On his trip, the chef turned television host visits the Tonga Room in the Fairmount Hotel, Blue Bottle Cafe at Mint Plaza, the Tornado Bar, Dolores Park, the Financial District and more.

The show airs Monday at 9 p.m. on The Travel Channel.
