Arrest Made in Connection to Fatal Shooting of Bay Area Woman in Texas

A suspect wanted in connection to an Austin, Texas shooting that left a Bay Area woman dead has been arrested, officials said.

Teqnika Moultrie, 30, of San Carlos, was in Austin visiting her fiance's family when she was shot and killed early Sunday in the city's crowded entertainment district. Three other victims were hospitalized.

The suspect arrested has been identified as Endicott McCray, who was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals Wednesday morning in Atlanta, Georgia.

McCray was wanted on an outstanding murder warrant, officials said.

No other information was immediately available.
