The list of the country's top politicians making a pit stop here in the Bay Area keeps getting longer.

Tonight, its Vice President Joe Biden's turn to rally the troops and tap into the Bay Area ATM.  He will be in San Francisco  Tuesday night to help raise money for U.S. Sen. Barbara Boxer's re-election campaign.

Mr. Biden's exact location is being kept secret for some reason.

Boxer is facing one of the toughest competitors of her career in Carly Fiorina. The latest polls show Boxer pulling ahead slightly, but when you factor in the margin of error, the race looks like it will be tight to the finish, which is two weeks from today.

Don't be surprised if the Veep shows up at today's Giants game.  He had a seat at Game No. 1 in Philadelphia and sported a Phillies hat.
