From the Facebook movie, to make-up artists, tonight's big Tinsel-town extravaganza had winners with Bay Area ties.

Toy Story 3's director Lee Unkrich, who came to Emeryville-based Pixar in 1994, won for Best Animated Feature Film.

San Francisco native and Berkeley grad Charles Ferguson, won a Best Documentary award for his film "Inside Job."

Rick Baker, a six-time Oscar winner awarded a Doctorate of Humane Letters in 2008 by the city's Academy of Art University, won another little gold man for Best Makeup.

And of course, the movie all about Mark Zuckerberg, "The Social Network" took home several awards. The film won for Film Editing, Original Score, Best Adapted Screenplay,
