Bay Area Teen Becomes Champion Swan Caller

By day, Greg Hubbell, Jr. is a student at Carlmont High School in Belmont. By night, he's the world titleholder in swan calling, as well as four other species.

The 15-year-old just won his 15th World Wildlife Calling Championship according to the San Jose Mercury News. Making him the best when it comes to duck, goose, elk, turkey and swan calls. We featured Hubbell on NBC Bay Area three years ago.

He found his talent at just 6-years-old when he started imitating different animals from elk to water fowl. Experts call him a natural talent, but Hubbell says he has other plans for the future. Though he earns thousands a year in cash and prizes, Hubbell dreams of going pro in baseball.
