A Benicia woman has been arrested on suspicion of having sex with a 15-year-old boy after allegedly supplying him with alcohol and marijuana Saturday night.
Police arrested 22-year-old Ashley Galvan Sunday afternoon after the Benicia boy and his mother reported the incident to police.
Galvan was arrested for oral copulation and unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor under age 16 and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She was booked into the Solano County jail.
Police said the boy's mother called them Sunday around 12:15 a.m. after Galvan called her to tell her that her son was drunk on First Street.
Police found the boy and Galvan in the 100 block of West E Street near the shoreline, Lt. Mike Daley said. The heavily intoxicated boy was taken to a hospital.
Galvan told police the boy met her there, had been drinking and she decided to call his mother.
At the police station Sunday afternoon, the teen said he met Galvan by the shoreline and she had sex with him after providing him with alcohol and marijuana, Daley said.
Galvan was then arrested at her home and allegedly admitted her involvement with the teen, Daley said.
