Bill And Chelsea Clinton To Talk Global Issues, Judge Code-a-Thon in Berkeley

Former President Bill Clinton and his daughter Chelsea will be on the University of California, Berkeley campus Friday through Sunday to discuss pressing issues related to education, human rights and more with over 1,200 students from around the world.

As part of the annual Clinton Global Initiative University event put on by the Clinton Foundation, Chelsea Clinton will be judging a code-a-thon competition Friday afternoon.

Following a day of presentations and working sessions, former President Clinton and his daughter on Friday evening will also be speaking at a plenary session.

In Chelsea Clinton’s last stop in the Bay Area, she was scheduled to be speaking at a fundraising event at the Palo Alto headquarters of controversial blood-testing startup Theranos before the event was moved to a private residence.
