A body was found at the Republic Services of Santa Clara County recycling facility in Milpitas, the Santa Clara County Coroner's Office confirmed.
The body was found Tuesday about 4 p.m. in one of the dumpsters at the facility ag 1601 Dixon Landing Road.
The coroner's office did not release any more information and the San Jose police, which has jurisdiction over the dump, also did not release any more information.
The company, founded in 1998, operates in 39 states and recycles more than 4 million tons of recycled materials a year, according to its website.
The facility takes in recycling from 8,000 San Jose and Milpitas businesses and 85,000 households.
