SF High School Students Return to Campus After Bomb Squad Finds No Threat

Students at a high school in San Francisco's Richmond District have returned to campus after a false bomb threat forced them to evacuate Friday morning, according to police.

Around 9:10 a.m., officers received a report of a bomb threat at George Washington High School located at 600 32nd Ave., police said.

The Police Department's bomb squad responded to the area but was unable to locate any threat, according to police.

The area was deemed safe and students were allowed to return to class, according to San Francisco Unified School District officials.

Police are looking into who made the call regarding the bomb threat.
