The search for the woman who jumped off the Bay Bridge is over.
California Highway Patrol officers say they arrested Erlynn Sanchez-Edwards in Oakland on Monday. She was reportedly driving a stolen vehicle when she got into a DUI-related crash on Aug. 12.
Sanchez-Edwards then jumped from the side of the bridge after running away from officers who were trying to help her.
Police said the woman was taken into custody without incident and booking into Santa Rita Jail on charges including vehicle theft, resisting arrest and driving under the influence.
