Caught on camera: a man driving a stolen taxi cab leads officers on a wild chase.
Police say the thief jumped into a cab near the San Francisco State University campus overnight. The cab driver had left the engine running while he helped a sick customer.
The chase took CHP officers to Pacifica and back.
The car-thief eventually hit a parked car at SFSU and ran away on foot.
