City Worker Shot in Road Rage Incident

San Francisco police are looking for a suspect who shot and wounded a city employee in a road rage incident.

Police say the driver of a Department of Parking and Traffic painting truck was shot in the shoulder after making a U-turn on a street in the city's Bayview District around 8:35 a.m. Friday.

Investigators say just before he started shooting, the gunman had stepped out of his car and started cursing at the driver. He fired multiple times, hitting the city worker once.

The worker was treated at a hospital and released.

A passenger in the city truck escaped injury.
