Authorities have arrested a man in connection with a Pleasant Hill homicide on Wednesday night. Christie Smith reports.
The Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office have arrested a 38-year-old man in connection with a homicide near Concord and Pleasant Hill that.
Deputies arrested James Riley stemming from the Wednesday night killing of 47-year-old Jerald Nagle near the intersection of Interstate Highway 680 and Concord Avenue. Deputies said Riley and Nagle had gotten into some sort of fight.
Sgt. Garrett Schiro said Nagle was found dead about 8 p.m.
Nagle has been booked into jail and is being held on $1 million bail.
