The Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Martinez Health Center were temporarily placed on lockdown Tuesday afternoon due to reports of gunfire in the area.
Authorities asked people to stay away from the area during the lockdown. Martinez police responded to the area and the gave the all-clear to lift the lockdown just after 12:30 p.m.
