The famed San Francisco-chef will be teaching a three-part series of classes on how to make your own pasta. McNaughton will teach hands on techniques to making your own fresh pasta.
Not only will students get to taste everything they make in class, but they will also get to take their own fresh made pasta home with him.
Each class will build upon the foundations of pasta making. The sessions will start Thursday, July 7 and run the following two Thursdays.
