Customer Fires Shot Inside South Bay Eatery

 Police have arrested a suspect in a shooting inside a Morgan Hill  restaurant on Saturday.
     Marco Alaniz-Chavez, 29, of Morgan Hill, was arrested after he  allegedly pulled out a handgun and fired one round into the floor inside  Sinaloa's restaurant at 17535 Monterey Road, according to police.
     The shooting happened at about 9:30 p.m. as Alaniz-Chavez was on  his way out after he was asked to leave for allegedly harassing other  patrons, police said.
     No one was injured, police said.
     Officers located Alaniz-Chavez near the intersection of Main and  Hale avenues and arrested him. They searched him and found a loaded  .38-caliber handgun, ammunition and illegal drugs, police said.
     Alaniz-Chavez was booked into Santa Clara County's main jail on  charges of discharging a firearm in a public place, possession of a concealed  firearm, possession of a controlled substance and being under the influence  of a controlled substance.
