Alaco. Deputies Find Missing Autistic Man

It wasn't made clear how Christian Galarpe, 32, made it San Francisco, but a sheriff's spokesman thanked the media for getting the word out about the search.

The Alameda County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday said they found an autistic man at San Francisco General Hospital; he had been missing for a week after leaving his family at Greenhouse Market in San Leandro.

It wasn't made clear how Christian Galarpe, 32, made it San Francisco, but a sheriff's spokesman thanked the media for getting the word out about the search.
Galarpe's family had told deputies that he tends to sneak onto BART trains and in the past he has been located in several cities and psychiatric facilities.
