Doctor Accused of Stealing Patient's Rolex

A doctor is facing grand theft charges for allegedly stealing a Rolex watch from a man rushed to a Stockton hospital for a heart attack.
The doctor, 32-year-old Cleveland James Enmon of Hermosa Beach also faces a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the adult children of Jerry Kubena Sr.
Kubena, a retired Manteca police lieutenant, died June 1 at St. Joseph's Medical Center. After he died, nurses noticed his watch missing and a watch bulge in Enmon's pocket, according to a 15-page civil lawsuit.
The civil suit claims St. Joseph's Hospital covered up Enmon's crime to avoid liability.
Enmon is scheduled to be arraigned Monday in San Joaquin County Superior Court.
