Drought Prompts Bay Area Water Agencies to Recycle Rain

    The California drought has prompted water agencies to recycle rain water.

    "From a little bucket to large system like this, we believe in capturing rain water," said John Scarpulia of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.
