Drought Prompts Bay Area Water Agencies to Recycle Rain

    The California drought has prompted water agencies to recycle rain water.

    "From a little bucket to large system like this, we believe in capturing rain water," said John Scarpulia of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.

    The agency has captured lots of water, especially during the current storm hitting the Bay Area.
