The Alameda County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in finding a missing San Lorenzo woman who suffers from the early stages of dementia.
Teofila Herrera, 77, was last seen leaving her home in the 16100 block of Via Pinale around noon on Monday to visit a friend nearby, sheriff's officials said.
She was driving a white 2003 four-door Toyota sedan with license plate No. 5AUA431, authorities said.
Herrera was also reported missing earlier this year but was found at a grocery store in San Jose, according to the sheriff's office.
She is described as Hispanic, about 4 feet 11 inches tall, and weighing about 150 pounds with brown eyes and hair.
Anyone with information on is asked to call Rachel Ferrantino, Herrera's daughter, at (510) 418-5200.
