Investigators Call in Re-enforcements to Le Case

Fairfield Police are asking criminologists from the FBI and California Department of Justice to help solve the murder of a recent nursing school graduate whose body was found nearly two weeks after she went missing.

Bichphuong "Phuong" Le disappeared April 25 outside a coffee shop in Fairfield.

Police found her unlocked car in the coffee shop parking lot, with her belongings inside. Her body was found May 7 off a road near Lake Berryessa in rural Napa County.

Le, of Suisun City, would have turned 25 on April 30. She had finished her nursing studies in December.

Lt. Darrin Moody said Friday that police are putting together a time line of Le's locations and activities before her death.

Police have not identified any suspects in the case.
