Emergency response is battling a sulfuric acid tanker fire at the Evergreen Refinery in Newark, according to local reports. The refinery

The fire is at two alarms as of 6:07 a.m., involving 13 fire trucks. There is reportedly one injury. Alameda County has an EMS advisory in effect.

The same refinery encountered a three-alarm fire on May 12, 2010. That fire involved 65 firefighters from Alameda County as well as Fremont and Union City crews.
