Flu season has not yet peaked in California: Yet another person in the Bay Area has died from the virus.
Santa Clara County is reporting its first flu-related death of the season.
That's now six deadly cases in the Bay Area: one flu death in San Francisco, Napa and Sonoma counties, and two in San Mateo county.
All six Bay Area deaths were adults under the age of 65.
Doctors are urging people to get their flu shots and wash their hands frequently.
