The National Weather Service issued a flood advisory for Sonoma County Sunday. Sever weather conditions, sustained rain and high tides could bring flooding to low-lying areas, according to the weather service. In Petaluma, areas off of Industrial Avenue and Auto Row could be prone to flooding today, officials said. Any residents or business owners in the area should take appropriate steps to prepare. Motorists should not attempt to wade or drive through flooded areas.
