Thick morning fog is causing delays at San Francisco International Airport today, where runways operating at about half their normal capacity, according to Airport Duty Manager Bob Rotiski.
Rotiski said that travelers could see delays of up to 90 minutes, especially on shorter, domestic fights.
But Rotiski said airport officials are optimistic that the fog will clear by mid afternoon.
"They're hoping it's going to break about 3 o'clock," he said.
