Former San Jose Youth Sports Referee Guilty on Porn Charges

Scott Domnauer, 50, faces 14 years in prison.

An ex-San Jose youth sports referee was found guilty of sending pornography to three teenage girls, according to reports.

Scott Domnauer, 50, was found guilty after a six-day trial in Salinas, according to the Monterey County Herald. He could face up to 14 years in prison, the newspaper reported.

Domnauer was convicted on 21 counts for sending pornography to three girls and "meeting them for sexual purposes" between April and May 2012, the newspaper reported.

He gave a cell phone to one of the girls "to maintain the relationship and send her pornography," the newspaper reported. He was arrested after the girl's father reported that Domnauer had "rammed his van" into the father's car.

The former employee of San Jose youth sports programs will be sentenced Aug. 30.
