Fremont Man Drugged, Robbed By Suspected Prostitute He Met Online, Police Say

A man who attempted to pay a suspected prostitute for sex was drugged and then robbed by the woman, Fremont police said.

The pair met on an online prostitution website on Feb. 7, authorities said Tuesday. Police released a photo of the woman, who introduced herself to the victim as “Krissy,” in hopes that someone will be able to help identify her.

According to police, the male victim “drove to a location where he picked up the suspected female prostitute and took her back to his residence.” He man told police he believes he was drugged, causing him to pass out. When he woke up, he was assaulted by “Krissy” and three other men.

The four suspects ransacked the man’s home and stole a number of items, including laptops, phones and cash, authorities said.

Anyone who can provide more information is asked to contact the Fremont Police Department.

Police did not say whether the male victim would face charges for attempting to pay for sex.
