The San Francisco Giants are having an online auction to help raise money for earthquake victims in Haiti.
The team will be auctioning 10 pitches off a Giants starting pitcher. The package includes four Field Club seats, a pre-game field visit, an autographed bat signed by any player and a baseball signed by the Giants 2010 pitching staff.
The Giants also will be auctioning a private meeting with two-time Cy Young Award winner Tim Lincecum as well as private hitting instruction with Giants player Pablo Sandoval and hitting coach Hensley Muelens.
All proceeds from the auction will be coordinated through UNICEF, which is assisting victims of Tuesday's 7.0-magnitude earthquake with supplies and recovery efforts including providing temporary shelter and getting residents clean water.
The auction began last Friday. Bidding will close next Friday at 7 p.m. To place a bid visit www.sfgiants.com.
