Go To Yosemite, Other Parks, For Free On Monday

All national parks are admission-free on MLK Day.

Thanks to Martin Luther King Jr., more people have their civil rights -- including free admission to Yosemite National Park on Monday.

National parks like the California jewel that features Half Dome will waive admissions fees on Monday, which is the federal holiday Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

The free day applies to all 398 of the National Parks Services' properties.

Normally, cars visiting Yosemite are docked a $20 fee, according to reports. But not on Monday.

This year's other free parks days are April 22-26, Aug. 25, Sept. 28, and Nov. 9-11.
