A passerby with a cell phone recorded good Samaritans pulling a woman out of a car that was sinking in the Oakland estuary Saturday afternoon.

It's unclear how the woman and her car ended up in the water near Doolittle Drive and Langley Street about 3:40 p.m., according to Oakland police.

But someone with a cell phone recorded several people on the bank diving into the water to rescue the woman, who did appear not suffer any injuries.
