The prison at Alcatraz closed in 1963, but a replica has opened in London.

Check in, if you dare.  Be bad, stay awhile.

When guests stay at Hotel Alcatraz in London, they could end up staying for a very long time.

During today's opening, the hotel "warden" said guests are only let out for good behavior.

Hotel Alcatraz is truly designed after San Francisco's notorious prison; its four rooms are really 5x9 jail cells. Guests don prison unifoms, have their mugshots taken and they must check in at precisely 18:30 hours.

The hotel opening coincides with the launch of JJ Abrams' new drama serires, "Alcatraz."
