Firefighters responded to a report of a house fire in Oakland Sunday afternoon, according to fire officials.
The fire was reported at 12:28 p.m. at a two-story home located at 2909 35th Avenue, a fire dispatcher said.
The blaze was ultimately brought under control, according to the dispatcher.
Fire officials said on Twitter that people were reportedly trapped inside. It was not immediately clear if anyone was injured during the blaze.
