San Jose police are investigating a fight on a school bus that ended with a 16-year-old Independent High School student stabbed.

Another high school student is under arrest in connection to the stabbing, according to police.

The stab wounds are not considered life threatening.

There were four students on the bus at the time, according to police.

This happened while the bus was on Berryessa and Morrill in east San Jose.

The student who was stabbed was being treated at a local hospital. The student accused of stabbing him was taken to Juvenile Hall.

It was not clear what sparked the stabbing.
