Voters are heading to the polls today in several Bay Area counties for local elections.
In Santa Clara County, voters will make a key decision on who will replace a disgraced county supervisor.
In Contra Costa County, Hercules residents will vote on Measure A, which would raise taxes on utilities to bring in more revenue for the city.
In Marin County, voters will decide on a parcel tax to fund school programs in the Bolinas-Stinson School District.
In Santa Cruz County, a ballot measure in Watsonville would allow the city to annex two plots of farmland for urban development.
