Local Grammy Winners: Neil Young, Train, Green Day

    The Bay Area is not without mad talent. A number of our musical artists are coming home with Grammys.

    Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Neil Young took home the Grammy for Best Rock Song. Young won for "Angry World".

    While the San Francisco band Train won in the Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group for their song "Hey, Soul Sister".

    The East Bay's Green Day took home a Grammy for Best Musical Show Album. They won for "American Idiot", a musical that debuted here in the Bay Area and is now on Broadway.

    While Keith O. Johnson won Best Surround Sound Album for "Britten's Orchestra".

    This was the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards.
