With Wednesday's Powerball at $250 million and Friday's Mega Millions at $207 million, lots of people are trying their luck.
A winning lottery ticket worth nearly $320,000 was purchased in Santa Rosa Friday, according to California Lottery officials.
The winning ticket was sold at a 7-Eleven convenience store located at 43 Middle Rincon Road.
The ticket matched five of six numbers, missing only the Mega number, and is worth $319,469.
No one matched all six numbers so that means Tuesday's jackpot will be worth an estimated $170 million.
The California Lottery is reminding winners to sign the back of their tickets, to keep them in a safe place, and to contact lottery officials or visit their local lottery district office as soon as possible. Winners have 180 days from the date of the draw to claim prizes.
