BART officials reported a major delay across the system for about 45 minutes Friday morning because of a disabled train at the West Oakland station, a hub for commuters across the Bay Area.
The delay was reported about 8 a.m.
At 8:45 a.m., BART said the disabled train was moved, and that officials were in the process of restoring normal service.
