Maker Faire kicks off at the San mateo County Event Center in San Mateo, this weekend.

Maker Faire is an event put on by Make Magazine to "celebrate arts, crafts, engineering, science projects and the Do-It-Yourself mindset."

Among the countless things to check out, include a Delorean hovercraft, built by San Francisco grad student Matthew Riese, Adam Savage of Mythbusters on Sunday morning, and the Light Cycle game based on Tron, from a company called Frog.

You can get more info about Maker Faire on their website.
