A San Jose man accused of beating an elderly man at a South Bay park is in custody Saturday night.
Forty-one-year-old Francisco Javier Olivo turned himself into authorities Saturday.
He was wanted for felony assault after detectives said he attacked the elderly victim in the restroom of San Jose's Fowler Creek Park on Labor Day.
The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
